Schalltechnische Untersuchung

The development plan offers numerous possible uses by designating it as a mixed area.

Following the development, the area was divided into 3 mixed areas.

 

M1 mainly describes the former administration building with a usable area of ​​approx. 4,500 sqm

(3 entrance villa) on a plot area of ​​approx. 5,900 sqm. Adjacent to the administration building are former warehouse, workshop and laboratory buildings with a usable area of ​​3,900 sqm (4 laboratories).

 

M2 essentially describes the former production building (7 production) built as a closed H with a surface area of ​​approx.16,000 sqm, which has an area of ​​9,000 sqm distributed over 3 floors.

 

The building was built in concrete skeleton construction and is therefore flexible in use. Also in this section is a warehouse with a usable area of ​​384 sqm, which was built as a steel profile sheet with insulation (5 warehouse) and several garages with a total usable area of ​​800 sqm.

In addition, there is the former boiler house (6 workshops) with almost 800 sqm of floor space.
