The property at Max-Woelm-Street 4 in past was used as production facility for pharmaceutical products and food supplements (Woelm Pharma and Julphar Pharma).
With the purchase of the approximately 30,400 sqm site in 2018, a new chapter on the subsequent use or
reactivation of the location is to be opened.
